• This site is PG-13. So sex, drugs, etc. is allowed. Can't handle it? Then this is no place for you. [:

• Do not create an account then vanish into thin air. That will get you suspended by IP, username, and E-mail and your account deleted.
  
• Celebs are allowed. Just make sure your celeb looks the age you're putting them out to be.
  
• Horses cannot have human names. And before anyone gets mad, allow me to explain why.
  Alright. I've seen this happen tons of times. As you know, there are taken names for all characters, correct? Well, on a site I was Co-Admin of, this girl wanted to name her character Lela. Well, when I told her there was a horse named Lela and she couldn't name her character that to keep people from getting confused, she exploded. Keeping horses without human names keeps all human names available to be used by others.
  

• Can have sex, kids, do drugs, get married, own horses, cats, dogs, etc.
  
• Can own as many horses as they wish. But you must sell some if you get over 20. Now, allow me to explain -again.
  You can have more than 20 horses, but they must be kept active. However, at 20, you need to start selling some every now and again. This keeps things realistic. ^^
  
• Must live in dorm if under the age of 16. [ Unless they have parents. If so, you must create and RP them as well. Keeping them active. If they are not, both the parents and their child will be deleted. ]
  
• Cannot have horses anywhere but the academy stables.
  
• Can own only 3 dogs/cats at a time. [ Yes. You are allowed to mix these and have two cats and 1 dog or two dogs and 1 cat. ]
  
• Since this site is academy based, I do ask that there are selected horse trainers. Being an academy, we don't need ill-trained horses teaching those with good manners their bad manners, therefore, if a horse needs to be trained, I recommend you enter a thread with someone who roleplays a site certified horse trainer that 'teaches' your character how to train horses, or simply allow them to train the horse. Now, I'm going to go ahead and say it, everyone cannot be taught to train a horse. Only a selected few will be taught. It just keeps it realistic.
  
• Cannot be younger than 8 or older than 22. [ If created, they can age to older than 22. If they are born, of course they can be younger than 8. ]
  

• Can be sold to other members. [ PM Admin if a horse was sold. Please include the horse name, previous owner name, and current owner name and the cost of the horse. ]
  
• Must be boarded at academy stables, due to there not being enough room anywhere else.
  
• Can compete at a certain age.[ 4 ]
  
• Can be bred at a certain age. [ 3 ]
  
• Can only compete in competitions that support the breed. [ When a competition is put up, there will be a list of breeds that can participate. And to avoid you changing the breed of your horse just to participate, all threads will be locked once accepted. (Grins Evilly) ]
  
• All your horses can't be 3 or 4. [ 5 and above isn't that old people. C'mon. ]
  
• Foal genders will be decided by a coin toss.

  Mostly Heads; ; Filly
  Mostly Tails ; ; Colt
  Tie ; ; Breeder's Choice
  
• Stats will be deicided by an admin. Coat color, mane and tail color, markings, picture, etc. You can fill out mother, father, name, and gender.
  
• Wild horses are allowed, however, there are many things that follow under this category. All wild horse threads are to be italicized. since horses can't even talk to each other here. We're keeping it realistic. Mmkay? Also, horses communicate as they do in real life; Snorts, neighs, grunts, body language, whickers, whinnies, etc. etc.
  
• Wild horses CAN be captured. However, there are also some rules to this as well. If you plot for a wild horse that is being role-played to be captured by a human, that person may continue to role-play the horse, or they can hand it over. Doesn't matter. However, the wild horse is to act realistic with the human. So, power-playing for the horse is allowed. Mostly because horses stand at a high advantage over a human. So, if the role-player of the horse posts he kicked the human and they're positive they didn't miss, then hey, time for your human character to head to the hospital. Also, if a large number of wild horses are being created, I will ban them for a good while.
  
• All wild horse posts are to be in THIRD person. If you're not sure what that is, please, look it up for your sake.
